Our repair centers are fully stocked with maintenance and repair items, and you can count on the exceptional service from our technicians. Typically, we can receive your sewer camera and systems in the morning and ship it back the same day. RapidView also has several regional service centers who can perform both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.

RapidView U: General System Operation, Maintenance & Intermediate Level Repairs

General System Operation, Maintenance and Intermediate Level Repair Training is an introductory training session to familiarize technicians with RapidView IBAK equipment and provide a basic understanding of general system operations. Attendees are expected to be familiar with basic electrical properties, basic electrical tool use and basic soldering skills. The week-long General System Operation, Maintenance and Intermediate Repair Training Event is required for new technicians prior to attending any of the Advanced Technical Training Events.

RapidView U: General System Operation, Maintenance & Intermediate Level Repairs

Monday & Tuesday: Mainline Equipment - This course will cover our Core and Premium Mainline systems; including the T66 and T76 tractors, the ORION and ORPHEUS cameras, the BE 3.5 control unit and the KW 305 cable drum. This course will also include a hands on mainline cable re-termination.  

Wednesday: Lateral Launch Equipment - This course will cover the lateral launch component of our equipment packages; including the LISY lateral launch attachment for the T76 as well as the KW LISY Drum. This course will also include a hands on MP1 pushrod re-termination.  

Thursday: Fiber Optic Systems - This course will cover our HD and PANORAMO systems; including all HD mainline equipment as well as HD signal flow. We will also cover the PANORAMO II 4K, PANORAMO SI 4K. This course will include a fiber optic re-termination demonstration. 

Friday: Windows based systems - This course will cover or KW 206, KW 306, as well as the MiniLight, BP2, and BP100 control units. Covering basic components of these systems, and system operation.

RapidView U: Advanced Technical Training - Session 1 (Cameras)

Advanced Technical Training (Session 1) is a completely hands on course geared toward technicians that already have general repair experience and a working knowledge of how RapidView systems function. Each day will be focused on a single piece of equipment or sub-set of equipment. Attendees will, under the direction of a factory trained RapidView technician, completely dismount all components of the equipment and reassemble them. We will also discuss programming the equipment and recommend any necessary tools and test equipment that is required for the equipment.

Monday: ORION Cameras - This course will cover hands on training for the ORION 2.9 camera. We will also cover all ORION camera models in a theoretical capacity. 

Tuesday: ORPHEUS Camera - This course will cover hands on training for the ORPHEUS II camera. We will also cover the ORPHEUS I and ORPHEUS HD camera models in a theoretical capacity. 

Wednesday: NANO Camera - This Course will cover hands on training for the NANO and NANO L camera.

Monday: Mainline Tractors - This course will cover hands on training for the T66 & T76 Mainline Tractors. We will also discuss the KRA 65.1, KRA 75.1, KRA 85, T86, and T76 HD models in a theoretical capacity. 

Tuesday: Lateral Launch - This course will cover hands on training for the LISY 3.2 lateral launch unit, and KW LISY Lateral Launch Drum. We will also discuss the LISY 150.1, LISY 3.1 and KT220 models in a theoretical capacity. 

Wednesday: Control Units and Cable Drums - This course will cover hands on training for the BE 3.5, KW 305 / KW 505 and MiniLite II. We will also discuss the BE 3, BK3, BK 3.5, BP2, BP100, BS7, BS5, KT180, KW180, KW206, KW306 and MiniLite I in a theoretical capacity. 

Thursday: PANORAMO Equipment - This course will cover hands on training for the PANORAMO II 4K, PANORAMO SI 4K, and PANORAMO 4K Scanner Software use and repair. We will also discuss the PANORAMO 150 in a theoretical capacity.
