Our repair centers are fully stocked with maintenance and repair items, and you can count on the exceptional service from our technicians. Typically, we can receive your sewer camera and systems in the morning and ship it back the same day. RapidView also has several regional service centers who can perform both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.

RapidView U: General System Operation, Maintenance & Intermediate Level Repairs

General System Operation, Maintenance and Intermediate Level Repair Training is an introductory training session to familiarize technicians with RapidView IBAK equipment and provide a basic understanding of general system operations. Attendees are expected to be familiar with basic electrical properties, basic electrical tool use and basic soldering skills.

RapidView U: General System Operation, Maintenance & Intermediate Level Repairs

Monday: Mainline Systems & Equipment - This course will cover our Core and Premium Mainline systems; including the T66 and T76 tractors, the BE 3.5 control unit, and the KW 305 cable drum. This course will also include a hands on mainline cable re-termination.  

Tuesday: Lateral Systems & Equipment - Lateral Launch Equipment - This course will cover the lateral launch component of our equipment packages; including the LISY lateral launch attachment for the T76 as well as the KW LISY Drum. This course will also include a hands on MP1 pushrod re-termination.  

Wednesday: Cameras and Fiber Optic Systems - This course will cover the Orion and Orpheus cameras, Panoramo, and HD Fiber Optic systems.
